Mr. Dieter Zetsche has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Management at Daimler AG from 2006 to 2019. Earlier, he served as a Member of the Board of Management at Mercedes Car Group, DaimlerChrysler AG. He also served as a Member of the Board of Management, the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Chrysler Group. Mr. Zetsche served as a Deputy Member of the Mercedes-Benz AG Board of Management, Chief Engineer of Development Division in the Passenger Cars Business Unit at Mercedes-Benz AG. Previously, he served in various companies including as the President of Freightliner Corp, President of Mercedes-Benz Argentina, and as a Head of the Development Department and Chief Engineer of Mercedes-Benz do Brazil. He started his career in Research Division, Daimler-Benz AG.

Mr. Frank Jakobi serves as the Deputy Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Chairman of the Group Works Council since 2008. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Group Works Council at TUI AG from 2005 to 2008. Previously, he worked as Travel Agent for various tour operators.

Mr. Sebastian Ebel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company. He also served as Director of TUI Travel PLC from March 2013 to 2014. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Vodafone Germany from 2011 to 2013, and as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of A.T.U. Group. Previously, he served at VIAG AG as Head of Telecommunications. Earlier, he served in various positions at Preussag Group from 1991 to 1997.

Mr. Mathias Kiep has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Group Director Controlling, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at the company. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at TUI Deutschland. Before that, he held various roles in the company.

Mr. Peter Krueger has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Holiday Experiences of the company since November 2022. He joined the company in 2017. Prior to joining the company, he served as Managing Director of M&A advisory at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Peter has about 13 years of experience in investment banking.
