Mr. Ashwani Kumar has been the Managing Director, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Indian Bank. Previously, he worked with Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Oriental Bank of Commerce. He also held various roles including the Chief Financial Officer, General Manager of Mid and Large Corporate Verticals, and Head of Industrial Finance branch.

Mr. Sujoy Dutta is the General Manager of Finance Department at the bank. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy General Manager at this bank's head office, Kolkata, and he was Zonal Head of bank's New Delhi zonal office.

Mr. Aravamudan Krishna Kumarhas been the Chairman of the bank since February 2024. He also serves as a Director of Rec Ltd, Ecozen Solutions Private Limited, Central Depository Services (India) Limited, and State Bank of India and its subsidiaries. Previously, he worked State Bank of India and held various positions including Probationary Officer, Group Executive of National Banking, and Managing Director.
