It conducts business related to retail energy marketing , sells natural gas, liquid fuels and electricity to residential, commercial and industrial customers. Midstream assets comprise natural gas liquefaction, storage and vaporization facility in Temple, Pennsylvania, and propane storage and propane-air mixing stations in Bethlehem, Reading, Hunlock Creek, and White Deer, Pennsylvania. It also operates propane storage, rail transshipment terminals and propane-air mixing stations in Steelton and Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Also manages natural gas pipeline and storage contracts for UGI Utilities and Frontier Natural Gas. Develops, owns, and operates pipelines, gathering infrastructure and gas storage facilities in the Marcellus Shale region. Principal operating subsidiary is UGI Energy Services, LLC. In FY2024, the segment incurred a capital expenditure of US$150 million which grew 15.4% YoY.
