Ms. Lorna E. Nagler has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the President of Bealls Department Stores, Inc. from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, she also served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Christopher & Banks Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Prior to this, she served as the President of Lane Bryant, a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc., from 2004 to 2007. Prior to this, she served as the President of Catherines Stores, also a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, she held various retail management positions with Kmart Corporation, including Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager of Apparel and Jewelry, Divisional Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of Kids and Menswear. Earlier, Ms. Nagler served as the Vice President of Divisional Merchandise Manager for Kids “R” Us from 1994 to 1996.

Ms. Kecia Steelman has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Store Operations Officer and as Senior Vice President- Store Operations of the company. Prior to this, she served as Group Vice President and the Vice President of Store Development and Store Operations at Family Dollar Corporation from 2009 to 2014.

Mr. Christopher DelOrefice has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2025. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Becton Dickinson & Company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations, Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Johnson & Johnson. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of North America Consumer at Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Kelly Mahoney has been Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Customer and Growth Marketing at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of Staff for US Fuel at BP. Earlier, Mr. Mahoney held leadership positions within Eire Direct. Currently, she also serves as Director of Ebbo.

Mr. Rene Casares has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since April 2025. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Academy Sports and Outdoors of the company from December 2024 to April 2025. Prior to this, he served as an attorney at Vinson & Elkins and Latham & Watkins.
