Ultrapar Participacoes SA (Ultrapar) is a business conglomerate with a presence in fuel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution, specialty chemicals production, storage of bulk liquid, and retail drugstore businesses. The company delivers diesel, gasoline, ethanol, natural gas, fuel oil and kerosene, and lubricants, and LPG through resellers and service stations. It produces ethylene oxide and its derivatives, specialty chemicals, and fatty alcohols and related by-products in its production facilities. The company provides services to retail, industrial and commercial customers. Ultrapar operates a drug distribution center in Belem, Para; storage facilities at Itaqui, Suape, Aratu, Rio de Janeiro, Santos, and Paranagua; and production facilities in Brazil, the US, Uruguay, Mexico and Venezuela. Ultrapar is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
