Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla has been the Chairman of the company since 1995. He serves as the Chairman of Hindalco Industries Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd, UltraTech, Vodafone Idea and Aditya Birla Capital Limited. Previously, he served as a Director of the Reserve Bank of India and the Chairman of the Advisory Committee constituted by the Ministry of Company Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Committee. Mr. Birla serves as the Chairman of IIM, Ahmedabad and Rhodes India Scholarship Committee, and a Director of the G. D. Birla Medical Research & Education Foundation.

Mr. Atul Daga has been the Chief Financial Officer, Business Head, and Director of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Head of Finance of Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. He also served as the Vice-President of Corporate Finance and Treasury at Hindalco Industries Limited.

Mr. Vivek Agrawal is the Chief Marketing Officer and President of the company. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Cement Business at the company and the Chief Executive Officer of Star Cement in 2010. He joined the company in 1993 as the Zonal Manager of the Cement Marketing Division and held various positions such as the Zonal Head of Grey Cement South; the Head of Marketing Birla White; and the Head of RMC Business.

Mr. Narayanan is the Business Head and Chief Manufacturing Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Group Executive President at Chlor Alkali and the VFY segments of Grasim Industries. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Insulators and Fertilizers, and the Senior President of Overseas Chemical Businesses. He served as the Managing Director of Linde Gases India Limited and Lanxess India Private Limited. Mr. Narayanan also served as the Country Head of Bayer Chemicals in India. He joined the company in 2008.

Mr. Chandrashekhar Chavan has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since April 1, 2024.
