Mr. Takahisa Takahara has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since June 2004. He serves as the President of the company since 2001. Previously, he served as the Senior Director of Responsible for Management Strategy of the company from 2000 to 2001. Earlier, he served as the Senior Director and General Manager of Feminine Hygiene Business Division of the company from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Toshifumi Hikosaka has been the Director, Executive Managing Officer and Head of Production, Development since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Managing Executive Officer, Co-Chief Research and Development Officer, General Manager of Global Research and Development Division, Department Manager of Blue Sky Project, and General Manager of Intellectual Property Division of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Executive Officer and General Manager of Global Research & Development Division at the company in 2020. Earlier, he served as Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Global Research & Development Division at the company in 2016. He also served as Department Manager of Blue Sky Project, Global Research & Development Division at the company in 2012. He served as Department Manager of Product Innovation Development Department, Global Research & Development Division in 2010. Earlier, he served as Department Manager of Engineering Development Department, Global Research & Development Division in 2008. He joined the company in 1982.

Mr. Hiroaki Sugita has been the Director of the company since March 2021. Previously, he served as Japan Co-Chairman in 2016. He also served as Managing Director and Senior Partner since January 2021.

Mr. Shigeru Asada has been the Director of the company since March 2021. Previously, he served as Executive Officer General Manager of Accounting and Finance Division in 2013. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Panasonic Europe Co Ltd in 2004.
