Mr. Pietro Carlo Padoan is the Chairman of the group. He also serves as a Director of the Italian Banking Association, Vice President of Istituto Affari Internazionali, and Member of Italian Banking, Insurance and Finance Federation. Previously, he served as the Director of the International Monetary Fund. He also served as Minister of Economy and Finance of Italy; and Director at International Monetary Conference and International Monetary Fund.

Mr. Andrea Orcel has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the group since April 2021 and the Head of Italy since July 2022. Prior to this, he held several positions such as the President, Investment Bank; Chief Executive Officer, UBS Limited and UBS AG London Branch at UBS and as Executive Chairman, Investment Bank and President, Emerging Markets at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Stefano Porro has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Co-Chief Financial Officer from March 2019 to September 2020. Before that, Mr. Porro served as the Head of Group Administrative & Analytics Office from 2017 to 2019. He served as the Head of Group Planning & Capital Management and as the Head of the Group ALM and Financial Planning from 2009 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Head of Active Balance Sheet Management in the Group Finance Department from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. Gianfranco Bisagni has been the Group Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Group Ad Interim Chief Operating Officer and Head of Central Europe of the company. Previously, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Banking, Central Eastern Europe. He also served as the Co-Head of the CIB Division from September 2016, after having been Deputy Head since April 2015.
