Mr. Albert P. Carey has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company from January 2019 to March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America from 2016 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Carey worked as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America Beverages from 2015 to 2016 and for PepsiCo Americas Beverages from 2011 to 2015. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay North America from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Carey also serves on the Board of Directors at The Home Depot Inc.

Mr. Edmund M. Ingle has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Recycling group of Indorama Ventures from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he worked as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wellman International division of Indorama from 2018 to 2019. Earlier, Mr. Ingle held various leadership positions in the company, including Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President of Global Corporate Sustainability, Vice President and General Manager of REPREVE Polymers, General Manager of the Company’s Flake and Chip business, Director of Global Procurement and General Manager of the company’s Nylon business.

Mr. Mark Sidden has been Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of transformation and digitalization. He had been appointed as Chief Information Officer since 2007. Prior to this, he held varied manufacturing and digital/information technology leadership roles with companies, comprising Ithaca Industries, Tultex Corporation, Sara Lee Knit Products / Hanesbrands and Remington Arms.

Mr. Andrew J. Eaker serves as interim Chief Financial Office, Vice President and Treasurer of the company since August 2023. Mr. Eaker has held varied leading positions comprising Corporate Finance Manager, Vice President of Finance, and Assistant Controller. He is a certified public accountant and started his career in the audit practice of KPMG LLP.
