Mr. Edmund M. Ingle has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Recycling group of Indorama Ventures from May 2019 to June 2020. Previously, he worked as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wellman International division of Indorama from May 2018 to May 2019. Earlier, Mr. Ingle held various leadership positions in the company, including Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President of Global Corporate Sustainability, Vice President and General Manager of REPREVE Polymers, General Manager of the Company’s Flake and Chip business, Director of Global Procurement and General Manager of the company’s Nylon business.

Mr. Andrew J. Eaker has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President since 2024 and Treasurer of the company since January2022 , a vice president of UNIFI’s primary domestic operating sybsidiary since june 2017. .Previously , he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from August 2023 to January 2024. Prior to this, he served at various leading positions such as vice president of Finance, corporate Finance manager and assistant controller.

Mr. Philip C Peaslee is the Vice president and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Information Technology. Previously, he has held various senior IT management roles in the company. Mr. Peaslee started his career at Burlington Industries in management roles in production planning and information systems.

Ms. Meredith S. Boyd has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer of the company since January 2024. Currently, she also serves as board of directors for the synthetic yarn and fabric association and textile technology center advisory council. Previously, she served as senior vice president of sustainability, technology and innovation of UNIFI from September 2020 to January 2024. Prior to this, she served as senior vice president of global innovation from April 2019 to September 2020. She served various key positions including vice president of brand sales and head of the global business development group.

Mr. Albert P. Carey has been the Chairman of the company since April 2019. Previously, he served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company from January 2019 to March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America from 2016 to 2019. he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo North America Beverages from July 2015 to March 2016 and for PepsiCo Americas Beverages from September 2011 to July 2015. he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay North America from June 2006 to September 2011.
