Mr. Ian Meakins has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. He also serves as a Chairman of the Compass Group Plc since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Rexel S.A. Previously, he served as the Chairman of The Learning Network from 2017 to 2020, Director of Centrica plc from 2010 and 2016, and Chairman of Auto Trader Group plc from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Meakins also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wolseley from 2009 to 2016, Chief Executive Officer of Travelex from 2007 and 2009, and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance UniChem plc from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Hein Schumacher has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Royal FrieslandCampinas. Earlier he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at H.J. Heinz and Executive Vice President of Kraft Heinz’s Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Fernando Fernandez has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Beauty and Wellness Division.

Ms. Maria Rosaria Varsellona has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel and Member of the Group Executive Committee of ABB from 2019 to 2022. From 2018 to 2019, she served as the President of Nokia Technologies. She also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Nokia from 2014 to 2019. From 2013 to 2014, she served as the General Counsel of Nokia. She also served various senior management roles at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell, Tetra Pak, Sidel, GE O&G, and Hertz.

Mr. Reginaldo Ecclissato has been the Chief Business Operations and Supply Chain Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President for Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America of the company from 2019 to 2022. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Supply Chain for North America and Latin America of the company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, he served various senior management roles with the company, including Head of Supply Chain for North America from 2012 to 2015; the Vice President of Supply Chain for Mexico from 2009 to 2012; the Vice President of Supply Chain Home Care for the Americas from 2008 to 2009; as the Vice President Supply Chain for Andina and Central America from 2007 to 2008; and as a Director of Supply Chain for Central America from 2005 to 2007.
