Ana Maria Aboitiz Delgado
Director; Chief Executive Officer; President Executive BoardMs. Ana Maria Aboitiz Delgado has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of UnionBank since January 2025. She also serves as a Director of the bank. Previously, she served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Institutional Banking Head of the Bank. Prior to this, she was a Director of subsidiary City Savings Bank Inc. and UnionDigital Bank, and a Director of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. She started her career with UnionBank as a Product Manager under the Retail Banking Center. Before joining the Bank, she was an Assistant Vice President for Product Management at Citibank, N.A.

Chief Financial Officer Senior ManagementMr. Manuel R. Lozano has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2023. Earlier, he served as a director with the bank from 2007 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. from June 2015 to December 2022, and Aboitiz Power Corporation from January 2014 to June 2015. He also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the Aboitiz Power Generation Group and AP Renewables, Inc. from December 2008 to December 2013. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of PAXYS, Inc.
