Earlier, Mr. Blades also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Spectro from 1998 to 2003. He also served as the Executive Vice President at Halliburton from 1997 to 1998. Bofore this, he also worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at NUMAR Corp from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Blades also held the position of Vice President and General Manager at Schlumberger/Geco Prakla from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Blades also held the position of President at Prakla Seismos AG from 1991 to 1993. He was also the Division Manager of Middle East at Schlumberger from 1989 to 1991. He began his career as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger from 1978 to 1982.

Mr. Michael D. Lewis has been the Chief Executive Officer, Labour Director and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at E.ON UK plc from 2017 to 2023. Mr. Lewis also served as the Chief Executive Officer at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH from 2015 to 2017. Previoulsy, he also served as the Member of the Board at European Wind Energy Association (EWEA). He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH from 2007 to 2015. Before this, he also served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Jutta A. Doenges has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2023. Previously, she also served as the director of Finanzagentur GmbH from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this she served as the Chairman of Bundesanstalt fur Finanzmarktstabilisierung. Ms. Doenges also served as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at SEB AB from 2010 to 2013. Earlier, she also served as the Director of Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Holger Kreetz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer of the Asset Management division at Uniper. Mr. Kreetz also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Enerjisa, Country Director of Turkey for E.ON. He served various leadership positions at E.ON, which includes, Chief Operating Officer, Managing director, Vice President, Project Manager and Senior Project Executive.
