He also served as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Choren Industries from 2004 to 2008; President and Chief Executive Officer at Spectro from 1998 to 2003. He also served as the Executive Vice President at Halliburton from 1997 to 1998; Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at NUMAR Corp from 1996 to 1997; Vice President and General Manager at Schlumberger/Geco Prakla from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Blades also held the position of President at Prakla Seismos AG from 1991 to 1993; Division Manager of Middle East at Schlumberger from 1989 to 1991; Human Resource Director Europa at Schlumberger from 1987 to 1989 and District Manager Borneo at Schlumberger from 1986 to 1987; Marketing Staff Middle East at Schlumberger in 1986 and the District Manager in Teheran from 1984 to 1986. Mr. Michael Lewis has been the Chief Executive Officer, Labour Director and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at E.ON UK plc from 2017 to 2023. Mr. Lewis also served as the Chief Executive Officer at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH from 2015 to 2017; Member of the Board at European Wind Energy Association (EWEA). He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH from 2007 to 2015.

Ms. Jutta A. Doenges has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this she served as the Chairman of Bundesanstalt fur Finanzmarktstabilisierung and Director of Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Holger Kreetz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Head of the Asset Management division at Uniper. Mr. Kreetz also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Enerjisa, Country Director of Turkey for E.ON. He served in leadership roles at E.ON Energy Projects GmbH and E.ON Energie.

Mr. Carsten Poppinga has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since August 2023. Previously, he served Senior Vice President Trading and Origination Europe and US from 2017 to 2023 at Statkraft Markets GmbH. Mr. Poppinga also served in various leadership roles at Statkraft Markets GmbH, OMV Trading GmbH, Statkraft Energi AS and Fernuniversitat Hagen.
