Mr. Michael D. Lewis has been the Chief Executive Officer, Labour Director and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at E.ON UK plc from 2017 to 2023. Mr. Lewis also served as the Chief Executive Officer at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH from 2015 to 2017. Previously, he also served as the Member of the Board at European Wind Energy Association (EWEA). He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH from 2007 to 2015. Ms. Fabienne Twelemann has been the Chief People and Transformation Officer and Labour Director since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President HR & Procurator at the company from 2024 to 2025. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President Corporate Communication & Governmental Relations at the company from 2021 to 2024. She also served as the Senior Vice President Decarbonization Projects: Green Customer & Energy Efficiency at the company from 2019 to 2021. She served as Senior Vice President Corporate Messages & Internal Communications at the company from 2017 to 2019. Earlier, she served in various management roles at E.ON SE.
