Mr. Peter A. Altabef has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Perot Systems Corporation from 2004 to 2009. Earlier, he served as the Senior Advisor of 2M Companies, Inc. in 2012, and Director of Belo Corporation from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Altabef also served as the President of Dell Services at Dell Inc. in 2011. Currently, Mr. Altabef serves as the Member of the Boards of Directors of NiSource Inc. and Petrus Trust Company, L.T.A., and the advisory board of Merit Energy Company, LLC.

Ms. Debra McCann has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she held various roles of Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. including as Treasury Director, Assistant Treasurer, and most recently as Treasurer and Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis from 2009 to 2022. Previously, Ms. McCann held leadership roles at Cegedim, and AT&T, Inc.

Mr. Michael M. Thomson has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and Executive Vice President of the company in 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at the company from 2015 to 2019. Earlier, he served various senior leadership positions including the Principal Accounting Officer of Towers Watson from 2012 to 2015, and Controller from 2010 to 2015. He also served as the Controller of Towers Perrin from 2007 to 2010, as the Director of Financial Systems from 2001 to 2004 and as the Assistant Controller from 2004 to 2007. Earlier, he served as a Director of Financial Reporting & Financial Systems at RCN Corp from 1997 to 2001.

Mr. David Brown has been Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of FXI, Inc from September 2021 to August 2023. Mr. Brown served in various accounting roles at DuPont de Nemours, Inc. including Assistant Corporate Controller from 2011 to September 2021. He also held various positions at Ernst & Young, LLP from 2000 to 2011.

Mr. Matt Marshall has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of business applications of the company. He also served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB). Earlier, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Unisys Federal business.
