Mr. Edward M. Philip has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Partners in Health from 2013 to 2017; and the Co-Founder and Managing General Partner at Highland Consumer Fund from 2006 until 2013. Mr. Philip also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Decision Matrix Group from 2004 to 2005; the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Lycos Inc from 1996 to 2000; and the Vice President of Finance at The Walt Disney Co from 1991 to 1995.

Mr. J. Scott Kirby has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Kirby also served as the President of American Airlines Group and American Airlines Inc from 2013 to 2016. Earlier, he served as the President of US Airways from 2006 to 2013. Prior to this, he worked at US Airways/America West as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2001 to 2006, Senior Vice President of e-business from 2000 to 2001, Vice President of Revenue Management from 1998 to 2000, Vice President of Planning from 1997 to 1998, and the Senior Director of Scheduling and Planning from 1995 to 1998. Earlier, he served for American Airlines Decision Technologies and the Pentagon.

Mr. Michael Leskinen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations of United from 2019 to 2023. Ms. Leskinen also served as the Managing Director of Investor Relations of the company from 2018 to 2019. He also worked as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from 2013 to 2017.

Mr. Andrew P. Nocela has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Revenue Officer of the company. Mr. Nocella also served as the Senior Vice President of Alliance and Sales at American Airlines from 2016 to 2017, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from 2013 to 2016. He was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Planning at US Airways from 2007 to 2013.

Mr. Torbjorn J. Enqvist has been the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various roles at the company including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, Senior Vice President of Network Operations and Customer Solutions. Earlier, he also served at Continental Airlines Inc.
