Mr. H Lynn Harton has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Harton served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking at TD Bank from 2010 to 2012. Previously, he served as its President and Chief Executive Officer, at The South Financial Group. Mr. Harton served as the Chief Risk and Chief Credit Officer at The South Financial Group from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Credit Officer of Regions Financial Corporation and Union Planters Corporation from 2003 to 2007. From 1983 to 2003, Mr. Harton served at BB&T.

Mr. Jefferson L. Harralson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods (KBW).

Mr. Mark Terry has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Palmetto Bank. Previously, Mr. Terry served as the Chief Information Officer at Forcht Group of Kentucky.

Ms. Melinda Davis Lux serves as an Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel of the company. Prior to this, she was a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson in Greenville, S.C., where she also served as a Global Board Member of Womble Bond Dickinson International, and a corporate partner at Wyche, P.A.

Mr. Robert A Edwards has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Credit Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Edwards served as an Executive Credit Officer of Credit Policy and Risk Reporting and Analytics at TD Bank. He also served as the Chief Credit Officer at The South Financial Group.
