Mr. J. Alexander Miller Sandy Douglas has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Staples, Inc from 2018 to 2021; President of Coca-Cola North America until February 2018 and also Global Chief Customer Officer. He has also worked for The Procter & Gamble Co. Mr. Douglas currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Wawa Inc. Since 2020.

Mr. Giorgio Matteo Tarditi has been the President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare Japan from 2005 to 2007; in GE Aerospace. Before this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Avio Aero—GE Aviation from 2013 to 2015; in GE Oil & Gas, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Drilling and Production from 2010 to 2013; in GE Grid Solutions, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2015-2016; in GE Energy Connections, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2017; in GE Power Services, where he served as Chief Financial Officer in 2018. Before this, he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2021; and in GE Corporate, where he served as Group Financial Planning & Analysis Leader from 2021 to present. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for seven business units, including Renewable Energy and Energy Connections.

Ms. Erin Horvath has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Supply Chain Transformation Officer of the company since October 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Transformation Officer at AmerisourceBergen. Prior to that, Ms. Horvath also served as President, Distribution Services from 2019 to 2021 and Senior Vice President, Distribution Services from 2017 to 2019 at AmerisourceBergen.

Mr. Mario Maffie has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Corporate Chief Information Officer at Mars Incorporated from 2018. Prior to this, he was part of the integration team responsible for merging Mars and Wrigley.

Ms. Danielle M. Benedict has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President Human Resources in 2016; National Vice President of Human Resources from 2014 to 2016; and as a Director of Compensation and Benefits from 2013 to 2014 of the company. Ms. Benedict has also served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Leadership Development at Clean Harbors Environmental Services from 2007 to 2013.
