Mr. Sandy Douglas has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Staples, Inc from April 2018 to June 2021; President of Coca-Cola North America until February 2018 and also Global Chief Customer Officer. He has also worked for The Procter & Gamble Co. Mr. Douglas currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Wawa Inc. Since May 2020.

Mr. Giorgio Matteo Tarditi has been the President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare Japan from 2005 to 2007; in GE Aerospace. Before this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Avio Aero—GE Aviation from 2013 to 2015; in GE Oil & Gas, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, Drilling and Production from 2010 to 2013; in GE Grid Solutions, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2015-2016; in GE Energy Connections, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2017; in GE Power Services, where he served as Chief Financial Officer in 2018. Before this, he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2021; and in GE Corporate, where he served as Group Financial Planning & Analysis Leader from 2021 to present. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for seven business units, including Renewable Energy and Energy Connections.

Ms. Erin Horvath has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Supply Chain Transformation Officer of the company since October 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Transformation Officer at AmerisourceBergen. Prior to that, Ms. Horvath also served as President, Distribution Services from 2019 to 2021 and Senior Vice President, Distribution Services from 2017 to 2019 at AmerisourceBergen.

Mr. Mario Maffie has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Director, Technology Strategy & Execution from 2016 to 2018 and from 2010 to 2016 in director roles supporting Global Technology Transformation (2014-2016) and End User Technologies (2010-2014).

Mr. Mark P. Bushway serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, he has served as the President of UNFI’s Atlantic Region since August 2018; Region Vice President of Operations from November 2010 to August 2018; National Director of Real Estate and Construction from November 2008 to November 2010; Operations Project Manager from 2006 to 2008; and General Manager in the Chesterfield Distribution Center from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Bushway has also served as the Regional Project Manager for C&S Wholesale Grocers from 2000 until 2003 including various other leadership positions in the company.
