Mr. Matthew J. Flannery has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from 2012 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales; Senior Vice President of East region; and Vice President for Aerial Operations of the company. Mr. Flannery also served as the District Manager, District Sales Manager, and Branch Manager of the company.

Mr. William E. Grace has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Research Analyst at Susquehanna International Group. Previously, he worked in Avondale Partners and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Michael Durand has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at United Rentals Inc.

Mr. Craig A. Pintoff has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources; Director of Legal Affairs; and General Counsel of the company. Mr. Pintoff also served as the Chief Benefits and Employment Counsel for Crompton Corporation; and Attorney at White & Case.

Ms. Joli L. Gross has been the Secretary, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served in various roles in the legal department of the company. Previously, she served as an Associate at Day, Berry & Howard.
