Mr. Matthew J. Flannery has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company from 2012 to 2018. He served as an Executive Vice President of operations and sales; Senior Vice President of East region; and Vice President for Aerial Operations of the company. Mr. Flannery served as the District Manager, District Sales Manager and Branch Manager of the company.

William E. Grace has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2022. Previously before joining this Company, he served as research analyst at Susquehanna International Group. Earlier, he worked in Avondale Partners and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Michael Durand has been the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations at United Rentals Inc.

Mr. Daniel T. Higgins serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he has been the Vice President of IT Corporate Services of the company since his joining in 2006. He has served in various leadership positions at Pepsi Bottling Group, including IT Senior Director of Strategy, Planning, and Risk Management, and IT Director of Performance Management Systems. He has also been the Senior Group Manager of Corporate Financial Systems for PepsiCo.

Mr. Craig A. Pintoff has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Legal Affairs and General Counsel of the company. He has also served as the Chief Benefits and Employment Counsel for Crompton Corporation; and an Attorney at White & Case.
