Mr. Francis X Frantz has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Director at Windstream from 2006 and the Chairman at the Windstream from 2006 to 2010; United States Telecom Association from 2006 to 2007. He was also the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Secretary, Executive Vice President–External Affairs, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Alltel Corporation.

Mr. Kenneth A. Gunderman has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as a Director of America’s Car-Mart, Inc. and Lehman Brothers and Public Accountant. Currently, he serves as a Director of Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation and the Hendrix College Board of Trustees.

Mr. Paul Bullington has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Uniti Fiber. Prior to this, served as the Chief Financial Officer at Southern Light. He also served at Accenture and Royal Cup Coffee; and for Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre and First Community Bank.

Mr. Ric Chura serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at PEG Bandwidth. Prior to this, he served at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Predictive Systems, Callisma and FiberTower

Mr. Michael Friloux has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at PEG Bandwidth. Prior to that, Mr. Friloux served as the President and Chief Operations Officer at Citynet Fiber Networks.
