Mr. James M. Whitehurst has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He serves as a Special Advisor at Silver Lake, a technology investment firm. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Advisor at International Business Machines Corporation from July 2021 to May 2022. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Red Hat, Inc from January 2008 to April 2020. Earlier, Mr. Whitehurst held various leadership positions at Delta Air Lines, Inc., from January 2002 to August 2007, and Boston Consulting Group from September 1989 to December 2001. Mr. Whitehurst has served on the Boards of Directors of United Airlines Holdings, Inc. since March 2016, Amplitude, Inc. since September 2021, Tanium Inc. since January 2022, and Software AG since January 2023.

Mr. Matthew Bromberg has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Zynga. He also held multiple leadership roles at Electronic Arts, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations and Group General Manager for all BioWare studios worldwide. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Major League Gaming.

Mr. Jarrod Yahes has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Shutterstock. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Zeta Global. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. Mr. Yahes was the Senior Vice President and Global Controller of ExlService Holdings. Prior to this, He served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of ExlService Holdings. Earlier, Mr. Yahes worked at Ernst & Young LLP.

Ms. Marisa Eddy has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resource of the company from October 2020 to December 2023.
