Mr. Christopher D. Pappas has been the Chairman of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Trinseo from 2010 to 2019. Mr. Pappas worked as the Executive at NOVA Chemicals Corp, and he was also the President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2009 to November 2009. Currently, he also serves on the Board of Trinseo SA and FirstEnergy Corporation, a diversified energy company.

Mr. David Jukes has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since May 2018. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2018 to February 2019 and worked as President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2017 to May 2018. Previously, Mr. Jukes was Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Industry Relations, for Omnexus. He joined Ellis & Everard in 1991 and became Vice President of Corporate Development for their polymers division. He also serves on the board of DCC plc.

Mr. Nicholas W. Alexos has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Dentsply Sirona. He also served as the Managing Director at Madison Dearborn Partners LLC. Previously, he served on various boards of Option Care Health, Children’s Inner City Educational Fund, VWR International, Team Health, Sirona Dental Systems, and Performance.

Mr. Patrick M. Jerding has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer from March 2019 to January 2020. Mr. Jerding worked as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Nexeo Solutions Inc, a global materials distributor for chemicals products, from December 2016 to March 2019. He joined Nexeo Solutions in May 2011 as Director of Technology and served as Vice President of Technology in 2015.

Ms. Jennifer A. McIntyre has been the Chief People & Culture Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Streamline Officer and Head of North American Operations of the company. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Integration Officer of Univar Solutions. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Regional Supply Chain since 2017. Ms. Jennifer served in several senior leadership positions at Rohm and Haas, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company including Global Supply Chain Director. Currently, she serves on the Board of Hoover CS.
