Mr. Lance Y. Gokongwei serves as the Chairman of the company. Currently, he also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of JG Summit Holdings Inc and as the Chairman of Chairman of Cebu Air, Inc., Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., and JG Summit Olefins Corporation. He also serves as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Robinsons Land Corporation and Director and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of Manila Electric Company. Mr. Gokongwei also serves as a Director of Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Corporation, Singapore Land Group Limited, Shakey’s Asia Pizza Ventures, Inc., AB Capital and Investment Corporation, and Endeavor Acquisition Corporation.

Mr. Irwin C. Lee has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rustan Supercenters, Inc. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Rose Pharmacy under Jardine Matheson’s Dairy Farm Group. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in Indonesia, Japan/Korea and Greater China, Vice President of Greater China at Procter & Gamble. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager for the laundry detergent business at Procter and Gamble Greater China. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director for P&G UK and Ireland and Regional Head for Northern Europe at P&G. Earlier, Mr. Lee served as the Global Strategic Advisor for McKinsey and Co and Chairman for Wm Morrison Supermarkets.

Mr. Karen Therese C. Salgado serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Rustan Supercenters, Inc. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer of the Philippines and the Asia Pacific region in Avon Cosmetics, Inc.

Mr. David J. Lim serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Supply Chain and Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant Technical Director for JG Summit Holdings, Inc. He joined the company in 2008.

Ms. Anna Milagros D. David has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of URC International. Prior to this, she served as the co-Managing Director of BCFG Philippines. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Business Unit Head for URC Beverages. Earlier, Ms. David held various marketing and sales roles at Unilever.
