Mr. Lance Y. Gokongwei is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of JG Summit Holdings Inc and as the Chairman of Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc, Robinsons Land Corporation, JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation, JG Summit Olefins Corporation and Robinsons Bank Corporation. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cebu Air Inc. Mr. Gokongwei serves as a Director and Vice Chairman of Manila Electric Company. He also serves as a Director of Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Corporation, Singapore Land Group Limited, Shakey’s Asia Pizza Ventures, Inc., AB Capital and Investment Corporation, and Endeavor Acquisition Corporation.

Mr. Irwin C. Lee has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rustan Supercenters, Inc and as a Director of Rose Pharmacy under Jardine Matheson’s Dairy Farm Group. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in Indonesia, Japan/Korea and Greater China, Vice President of Greater China. He also served as the Chief Marketing officer and General Manager for laundry detergent business at Procter and Gamble. Earlier, he also served as the Managing Director for P&G UK and Ireland and Regional Head for Northern Europe at P&G. Mr. Lee he served as Global Strategic Advisor for McKinsey and Co and Chairman for Wm Morrison Supermarkets.

Mr. Evelyn Chua-Ng is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of P&G Philippines from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President Comptroller for Asia, Middle East, and Africa and Vice President for Asia Pacific Tax Operations at P&G. Ms. Chua-Ng held various Finance leadership roles in Personal Cleansing, Skin Care, Cosmetics, Baby Care, and Oral Care at P&G.

Ms. Karen Therese C. Salgado has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer of Rustan Supercenters Inc. Previously, she served as the Chief Information Officer-Philippines and the Asia-Pacific region of Avon Cosmetics Inc.

Ms. Anna Milagros D. David has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of URC International of the company since 2018. Currently, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Danone-URC and Vitasoy-URC Joint Ventures. Prior to this, she served as the Co-Managing Director of BCFG Philippines. Previously, she also served as the Vice President and Head of Business Unit for URC Beverages. She held various Marketing and Sales roles in local, Asian, and global markets including Marketing Director (Philippines), CCD Sales Director (Philippines), Global Brand Director (Dove), and Regional Marketing Director (Asean).
