Mr. Henrik Ehrnrooth has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2023 and an Executive Board member of KONE Corp. Mr. Ehrnrooth served as the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Board member of KONE Corp from 2009 to 2014. Earlier, he worked in various positions in Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs International from 1998 to 2009.

Mr. Kim Wahl has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2023. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Stromstangen AS since 2009. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chair and Co-founder of IK Investment Partners from 1989. Mr. Wahl also held the position of Associate in Corporate Finance at Goldman, Sachs & Co from 1987 to 1989.

Mr. Massimo Reynaudo has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of UPM Communication Papers from 2021 until 2024, and the Senior Vice President of UPM Raflatac from 2017 to 2021. Mr. Reynaudo held senior business positions at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 1995 to 2017.

Mr. Tapio Korpeinen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of UPM Energy of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the President of Energy and Pulp Business Group from 2008 to 2010, and the Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of Strategy from 2005 until 2008. He held several management positions at Jaakko Poyry Consulting in Finland and North America from 1991 to 1998 and from 1999 to 2005, respectively. Earlier, Mr. Korpeinen worked at A.T. Kearney in Finland from 1998 to 1999; and McKinsey & Company in Sweden from 1988 until 1990. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Pohjolan Voima Oy, and Finnish Forest Industries, Board member of Teollisuuden Voima Oyj, and Supervisory Board member of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

Mr. Harald Dialer has been the Executive Vice President of UPM Next Generation Renewables and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of HCS Group from 2020 to 2024. Mr. Dialer also served as the Vice President of Catalysts Business Unit and the Head of Clariant Excellence at Clariant. He also held various global sales, marketing, and business unit positions at Sud-Chemie, including Vice President of Refinery, Alternative Fuels & Energy. Earlier, he was the Technical Director of Scientific Design Co. Inc. from 2000 to 2004.
