Mr. David E. Flitman has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2023 and Chairman of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Builders FirstSource from April 2021 to November 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of BMC Stock Holdings, Inc from September 2018 to April 2021. Mr. Flitman served as the Executive Vice President of Performance Food Group Co from January 2015 to September 2018. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of USA and Mexico of Univar Solutions Inc. He served as the Executive Vice President and President of Water and Process Services at Ecolab Inc from November 2011 to September 2012.

Mr. Dirk J. Locasio has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2017. Previously, he held various senior leadership positions in the company, including as the Senior Vice President of Financial Accounting and Analysis from November 2016 to February 2017, Senior Vice President of Operations Finance and Financial Planning from May 2015 to November 2016, and the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from May 2013 to May 2015. Earlier, he held various senior finance roles in United Airlines and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Locascio joined the company as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in June 2009.

Ms AnnMarie Lobred has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Corporate Controller of Food Group for more than 10 years. Ms. Lobred began her career in accounting more than 30 years ago as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has held a number of leadership roles in finance at Data Blueprint, S&K Menswear and Markel Ventures.

Ms Diane Hund has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, she served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Essendant. She also served as the company’s Business and Facility Essentials Division as Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Brand from 2013 to 2015. Ms. Hund has also held marketing leadership roles with a variety of both B2C and B2B companies such as Danaher, Boise Cascade (OfficeMax), Rust-Oleum and Ball Horticultural Company.

Mr. David Poe has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he held various senior level positions in the company including Senior Vice President and Chief Merchant from March 2023 to October 2023, Senior Vice President of Category Management from October 2016 to March 2023, and Vice President of Category Management from December 2015 to March 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Sourcing at Premier Inc. from March 2014 to December 2015. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President of Category Management at US Foods from November 2013 to March 2014.
