USA Compression Partners LP: Executives

Mr. Micah Clint Green has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2024. Previously, he served as the Group Senior Vice President of Construction and & Project Execution for Energy Transfer LP from 2022 to October 2024; and Vice President of Operations for Energy Transfer’s Western Division of Energy Transfer from 2018 to 2022. Earlier, he served as the Regency Energy Partners, Hanover Compression, CDM Compression and SEC Energy.

Mr. Christopher M. Paulsen has been Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since November 2024. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Natural Resources Company. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Pioneer in 2013. Prior to this, he worked for SBC Communications. Currently, he serves as a Director of Ralph Lowe Energy Institute at Texas Christian University and Maguire Energy Institute at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Christopher J. Wauson has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Vice President and Regional Vice President of Operations of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Wauson served as Senior Vice President of Operations at CDM Resource Management.
