Mr. Robert A. Katz has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He joined the company as a Director in June 1996 and was designated by the Board as Lead Director of the company in June 2003. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, he was associated with Apollo Management L.P., a private securities and investment management firm, since 1990.

Ms. Kirsten A. Lynch has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously she served as Executive Vice President and the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since June 2011. She served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Quaker Foods and Snacks Division of PepsiCo from 2009 to 2011. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Marketing for Kraft Foods’ Cheese and Dairy Business Unit. Previously, Ms. Lynch held various marketing positions for Kraft Foods. Presently, she serves as Director of Stitch Fix, Inc.

Ms. Angela Korch has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this she served as a Chief Financial Officer of CorePower Yoga from. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Corporate & Mountain Finance at the company, the Assistant Portfolio Manager at Muzinich & Company.

Mr. Timothy M. April has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. Previously, he served in various positions at the company including as Director of IT, Enterprise Applications; Director of IT, Mountain Division Sales and Marketing; and Vice President of Information Technology. Earlier, he served as IT Consultant at Accenture.

Mr. Ryan Bennett has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Most recently he served as Vice President of Marketing, Lift Revenue of the company. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, he served as Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group.
