Mr. Philippe Guillemot has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Elior Group. Mr. Guillemot also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Alcatel-Lucent and Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Europcar.

Ms. Nathalie Delbreuve has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she sereved as a member of executive committee of Verallia Group from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer Europe at the Intelligent Exterior Systems division from 2015 to 2020. She served as a Director at Group Consolidation and Management Control at Plastic Omnium from 2010 to 2015. Earlier, she served at PwC audit firm from 1996 to 2003.

Mr. Ludovic Oster is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he was the Director of Human Resources at Norbert Dentressangle Group. Mr. Oster also served in various operational human resources functions for divisions and branches, based in Spain and France at Valeo Group.

Ms. Valeria Fernandes has been the Chief Digital and Information Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served in various IT leadership positions in the automotive industry where she led IT activities of notable M&A, PMI transactions and transformation programs at Daimler-Chrysler-Fiat and Nissan-Renault-Mitsubishi. Ms. Fernandes also served as the Chief Information Officer for the European Manufacturing Operations at Constellium.
