Mr. Mats Granryd has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Director of the company since 2020; Director General and Member of the Board at GSMA. Mr. Granryd served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tele2 from 2010 to 2015.

Ms. Anna Borg has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from 2017 to 2020; Senior Vice President of the company’s business area markets, Senior Vice President, Nordic Klarna from 2015 to 2017; Vice President, Marketing and Sales Nordic from 2013 to 2015; Vice President B2C Sales Europe from 2011 to 2013; Vice President, Sales Nordic from 2009 to 2011. She also held various management positions in Strategy, Business Development, Project Management and Trading from 1999 to 2009.

Ms. Kerstin Ahlfont has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Human Resources in the company from 2015 to 2020. Ms. Ahlfont also served in various executive positions at Vattenfall including the Head of Finance Region Nordic from 2014 to 2015; Vice President Controlling and Continuous Improvement BD Production from 2012 to 2014; Head of Project Management Office from 2010 to 2012; Head of Business Group Pan Europe from 2009 to 2010; Business Unit Heat Nordic from 2000 to 2009; Product Manager Specialist from 1998 to 2000; Consultant Vattenfall Energisystem AB from 1996 to 1998; and Trainee from 1995 to 1996 Division Production and Region Nordic.
