Mr. Richard D’Amore has been the Chairman of the company since 1990. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Northeastern University. Prior to this, he served as the General Partner of North Bridge Venture Partners. Previously, he held several roles at Hambro International Equity Partners. He also served as a Consultant at Bain and Company and as a certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young and Company. Earlier, he served as a Director of Everbridge, Inc. and Pomona Investment Fund.

Mr. William J. Miller has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company in 2016. Prior to this, he served various roles of the company including the Executive Vice President of Process Equipment in 2011, and as the Executive Vice President of Compound Semiconductor from 2010 to 2011. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Veeco’s MOCVD business from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Miller also served as the Vice President, General Manager of Veeco’s Data Storage business from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Miller also held engineering and operations leadership positions at Advanced Energy Industries, Inc.

Mr. John P. Kiernan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer, and Corporate Controller from 2011 to 2017. Previously, he also served as an Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
