Mr. Antoine Frerot has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Veolia Eay, the water division of the company, and as the Senior Executive Vice President of Veolia Environment. Mr. Frerot also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Connex, the Transport Division of Vivendi Environment.

Ms. Estelle Brachlianoff has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, she served as the company's Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Estelle also served as the Senior Executive Vice President of the UK and Ireland region of the company. Previously she served as the President at French Chamber of Great Britain.

Mr. Didier Bove has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Veolia Eau France from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Eric Haza has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the company. Previously, he served as the Head of the legal department of Dalkia, and legal department of Rhodia. He also worked at Clifford Chance in banking and finance.

Mr. Jean-Baptiste Carpentier has been the Chief Compliance Officer of Veolia since 2018. Prior to this, he headed the French Finance Ministry’s Tracfin department from 2008 to 2015, Inter-ministerial representative for economic intelligence, and Commissioner for strategic information and economic security at the Ministry for the Economy and Finance. Mr. Carpentier served as the Legal Advisor to the Minister of the Economy from 2005 to 2007, Legal Director of APE, the French agency for state holdings from 2007 to 2008, Deputy Director for Criminal Matters and Pardons from 2000 to 2002.
