Mr. Thomas Wierling has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Wierling served as the Finance Director Europe at OSI Europe.

Mr. Gabriel Gilis has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Director of the Blast Furnace and Sinter plant at ArcelorMittal. Prior to this, Mr. Gilis served as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager for the Eastern Poland and Germany Division. Prior to this, he served as the Production Process Engineer for Rexam Glass. Mr. Gilis started his career as a Project Engineer at Rexam Glass in Poland.

Mr. Karsten Fuchs has been the Chief Sales Officer since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Sales Director of Western and Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at ebm-papst Mulfingen GmbH & Co from 2009 to 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Fuchs served as the Managing Director of ebm-papst SARL from 2004 until 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Sales at Airtechnic SA from 1999 to 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Fuchs managed various tasks as a Sales Manager from 1996 to 1999.

Mr. Joachim Bottiger has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Bottiger served as the Legal Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Sub-Platform Leader of HPS Projects, Head of Human Resources and contracts, Managing Director and Regional Counsel Central and Northern Europe at Pentair Südmo GmbH and Pentair PLC from 2016 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Bottiger served as the Manager of Contracts Group & Legal Advisor and member of the Management at OneSubsea Celle GmbH from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Legal Counsel at Rettenmeier Holding AG from 2007 until 2010.
