Mr. D. James Bidzos has been the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from August 2011 to February 2020. Previously, Mr. Bidoz served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis from June 2008 to August 2009, and President from June 2008 to January2009 and Vice Chairman of the company from December 2001 to August 2007. Previously, he served as a Director of VeriSign Japan K.K. from March 2008 to August 2010 and as its Representative Director from March 2008 to September 2008. Mr. Bidzos also served as the Vice Chairman of RSA Security from March 1999 to May 2002 and Executive Vice President from July 1996 to February 1999. Prior to that, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of RSA Data Security Inc from 1986 to February 1999.

Mr. John Calys has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2025. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Calys served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2011 and 2012. He also served as the Vice President and Controller for XO Communications Inc, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer for Sprint Nextel Corporation, and Vice President & Assistant Controller for Nextel Communications Inc.

Mr. Burt Kaliski, Jr. has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the EMC Innovation Network. Earlier, Mr. Kaliski served as the Vice President of Research and the Chief Scientist at RSA Security.

Mr. Danny R. McPherson has been the Executive Vice President of Technology and Chief Security Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Arbor Networks. Earlier, Mr. McPherson held several technical leadership positions in architecture, engineering and operations with Amber Networks, Qwest Communications, Genuity, MCI Communications, and the US Army Signal Corps.

Ms Ellen Petrocci is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources of the company. Prior to that, she was a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served in various senior management roles in other companies such as Nextel (later becoming Sprint Nextel), and Inova Health System, among others. Ms Petrocci joined Verisign in 2013 as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits of the company.
