Mr. D. James Bidzos has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2011. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from August 2011 to February 2020. Previously, Mr. Bidoz served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis from June 2008 to August 2009, and President from June 2008 to January2009 and Vice Chairman of the company from December 2001 to August 2007. Previously, he served as a Director of VeriSign Japan K.K. from March 2008 to August 2010 and as its Representative Director from March 2008 to September 2008. Mr. Bidzos also served as the Vice Chairman of RSA Security from March 1999 to May 2002 and Executive Vice President from July 1996 to February 1999. Prior to that, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of RSA Data Security Inc from 1986 to February 1999.

Mr. George E. Kilguss III has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Internap Network Services Corp from from April 2008 to May 2012. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Towerstream Corp from 2004 to 2007 and Stratos Global Corp from 1997 to 2000. Previously, Mr. Kilguss held various senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies, including Fleet Associates, Riparian Partners, G.A., and Bank of Boston Corporation.

Mr. Todd B. Strubbe has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Unified Communications Business for West Corporation in 2015. Earlier, Mr. Strubbe served as the President of First Data Debit Services and the STAR Network from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Burt Kaliski, Jr. has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the EMC Innovation Network. Earlier, Mr. Kaliski served as the Vice President of Research and the Chief Scientist at RSA Security.

Mr. Danny R. McPherson has been the Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations and Chief Security Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Arbor Networks. Earlier, Mr. McPherson held several technical leadership positions in architecture, engineering and operations with Amber Networks, Qwest Communications, Genuity, MCI Communications, and the US Army Signal Corps.
