Mr. Bruce Hansen has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ID Analytics. He also served as the President at HNC Software, Inc. Earlier, he also held various executive roles at CASA Inc, ADP, CitiGroup and JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Lee M. Shavel has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and President of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Nasdaq Inc from 2011 to 2016. He also served as the Americas Head of Financial Institutions Investment Banking of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr.Shavel served as the Head of Finance, Securities and Technology, and Global Chief Operating Officer for the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Elizabeth Mann has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer at S&P Global. Previously, she also served as Senior Vice President of capital management of S&P Global’s tax and treasury department. Earlier, she held several roles of increasing responsibility at Goldman Sachs, including Managing Director of the firmwide strategy group and the technology, media, and telecom investment banking group.

Mr. David J. Grover has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as an Assistant Controller of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Securities and Exchange Commission Practice Section Technical Manager at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2002.

Mr. Nicholas Daffan has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer at Argus Information and Advisory Services. Prior to this, he partnered with Microsoft to implement SQL Server at Unisys Corporation. He also served at First Manhattan Consulting Group in management information systems, retail banking strategy, and risk management divisions.
