Mr. Patrick Andre has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President for Steel Flow Control business unit of the company in 2016. He also served at Lhoist Company in various positions such as Executive Vice President Strategic Growth, Chief Executive Officer, Europe and Chief Executive Officer for Asia, CIS and Africa. Previously, he served at ERAMET group as the Chief Executive Officer of the Nickel division and Manganese division.

Mr. Mark Collis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of the Operations business of John Wood Group PLC. Previously, he served in various senior financial leadership roles at Amec Foster Wheeler plc and Expro International Group.

Ms. Agnieszka Tomczak has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she held various leadership positions at Akzo Nobel.

Mr. Carl-Peter Forster has been Chairman of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he worked at various senior leadership positions at BMW, General Motors, and Tata Motors (including Jaguar Land Rover). After resigning from Tata Motors in 2011, he served as a director of IMI plc from 2012 to 2021, Rexam plc from 2014 to 2016, Geely Automotive Holdings, Hong Kong, Volvo Cars Group from 2013-2019, and Chairman of Chemring Group plc from 2016 to 2024. Currently, he is the Chairman of Keller Group plc and Senior Independent Director at Babcock International Group plc.
