Vetropack Holding AG: Executives

Mr. Claude R. Cornaz has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Vetropack Holding Ltd from 2000 to 2017. Mr. Cornaz also served as the Head of Corporate Development, and Head of Technology and Production at Vetropack Group from 1993 to 1999. Currently, he serves as Member of the Board of Director at Vetropack Holding Ltd.

Mr. Lukas Burkhardt has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2026. Currently, he serves as a Member of the Management Board of Gerresheimer AG, where he has headed the Primary Packaging Glass Division since 2018.

Mr. David Zak has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Studer Professional Audio AG from 1998 to 2002. He served several international finance and managerial roles at ABB Group including the Controller of ABB Holding AG and Vice Chairman of ABB s.r.o. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Infener AG.

Mr. Guido Stebner has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Edelstahlwerke GmbH from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Stebner he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Swiss Steel AG from 2016 to 2018. Earlier, he served as a Director and Vice President of Operations Outokumpu Stainless LLC from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Evan Williams has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Global Key Account of the company from 2016 to 2019. He served as the Director of European Beer Segment of the company from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Director of sales of North West Europe from 2010 to 2014.
