Mr. Bracken Darrell has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2023. Previously he served President and Chief Executive Officer of Logitech International. Previously, he served leadership roles at P&G and Whirlpool Corporation and General Electric.

Mr. Matthew H. Puckett has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis from 2019 to 2021. Before joining the company, Mr. Puckett held the position of Chief Financial Officer at VF International from 2015 to 2019 and at Timberland from 2011 to 2015. He joined the company in 2001 and has played a key role in financial management and strategic decision-making throughout his career.

Mr. Bryan H. McNeill has been the Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of VF Corporation since April 2015. Prior to his current role, he served as the Controller and Supply Chain Chief Financial Officer of VF International from January 2012 to March 2015 and as a Controller of VF International from May 2010 to December 2011. Mr. McNeill has been with VF Corporation since 1993.

Ms. Kristin Harrer is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company, having assumed the position in April 2021. Prior to joining the company, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Dollar Shave Club. Ms. Harrer has over 20 years of experience leading marketing teams across various consumer tech, sports, and fitness brands, including Nike and Samsung.
