Mr. Robert M. Bakish has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since December 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Viacom from 2016 to 2019. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations and Viacom Enterprises; an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of MTV Networks Advertising Sales; and the Senior Vice President of Planning, Development and Technology. Earlier, he served as a partner with Booz Allen Hamilton in its Media and Entertainment practice.

Mr. Naveen Chopra has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Amazon’s Devices and Services business. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pandora. He held various senior level positions at TiVo including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Corporate and Business Development. Earlier, Mr. Chopra held various business development roles at Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, WebTV, Ofoto, and Rearden Steel. He also served as a Director at Vonage Holdings.

Ms. Katherine Gill-Charest has been the Executive Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Viacom. Prior to this, she served as Chief Accounting Officer at WPP Group and as the Vice President and Worldwide Controller at Young & Rubicam Inc. Earlier, she also held leadership roles at Time Warner Inc. and NYNEX Corp and also worked in the audit practice of Price Waterhouse. She joined the company in 2007 as Vice President, Deputy Controller.

Mr. Phil Wiser has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of CBS Corp. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Hearst. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Sony Corporation of America and Sony Music.

Ms. Nancy Phillips has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Nielsen Holdings PLC; an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Broadcom Corp; and Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Imaging and Printing Group at Hewlett-Packard Co.
