Mr. Simon Duffy has been the Interim Chairman of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairman of Tradus plc. He also held various positions at ntl:Telewest including; Chief Executive Vice-Chairman in 2007, and Executive Officer in 2003. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Orange SA, Chief Executive Officer of End2End AS, Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of WorldOnline International BV. Earlier, Mr. Simon Duffy held various senior positions at EMI Group plc and Guinness plc. Currently, he is a Non-Executive Chairman of Modern Times Group MTG AB and of YouView TV Ltd and a non-executive director of Avianca Group International Limited.

Mr. Jorgen Madsen Lindemann has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2023. He also serves as the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Swedish and Finnish operations of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Modern Times Group from 1994 to 2020. Mr. Lindemann served as a member of the board of Zalando from 2016 to 2021. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of ASOS Plc.

Mr. Enrique Patrickson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2022. He also serves as the Head of Strategy and M&A of the company since July 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales, Asia-Pacific & Middle East and Africa at Electrolux. Previously, he served at ASSA ABLOY and PWC.

Mr. Matthew Hooper has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since July 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the company's UK operations. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of the company. Mr. Hooper served as the Chief Executive Officer of Viaplay Group UK, and Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at MTG. Earlier, he was the co-Founder and Managing Partner of Shared Value Limited and a Board Director of Shandwick Consultants Limited.

Mr. Peter Norrelund has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Sport and Business Development Officer of the company since June 2023. Previously, he held various positions within the company including; Executive Vice President, Chief Sports Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer of sports rights, Head of Sports in 2013. He also served as Executive Vice President and Head of Product Development and Incubation at Modern Times Group, Chief Executive Officer of DreamHack Sports Games and Chief Operating Officer of Turtle Entertainment.
