Mr. Richard E. Belluzzo has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of VIAVI from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Executive Chair of Quantum Corporation from April 2011 to August 2012. He also served as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Corporation from 2002 to 2011. Mr. Belluzzo was President and Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft Corporation. He also worked as the President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of the Personal Services and Devices Group and was Group Vice President for the Consumer Group at Microsoft. Earlier, Mr. Belluzzo was Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Graphics Inc and held a series of senior roles at Hewlett Packard Company. He also served as Director at PMC-Sierra . Presently, Mr. Belluzzo is the Chair of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee and member of the Compensation Committee, as a Partner at Innogest SGR SpA, a European Venture Fund.

Mr. Oleg Khaykin has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since February 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of International Rectifier from 2008 to 2015. Mr. served as the Chief Operating Officer of Amkor Technology and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Conexant Systems. Earlier, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group and as an engineer at Motorola, Inc.

Mr. Ilan Daskal has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bio-Rad Laboratories. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Lumileds from 2017 to 2019. From 2015 to 2016, he held multiple short-term Chief Financial Officer assignment roles with various private and public companies. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at International Rectifier Corporation from 2008 to 2015. Prior to this, he served on the Board of Directors of Natus Medical, Inc. and Ixia.

Mr. Mike Petrucci has been the Senior Vice president and Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Backbone Operations at BP Upstream. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at BP Solar. He also served as President and General Manager at Philippines and Taiwan operations at Amok. Mr. Petrucci served various senior roles cleading global operations at Compaq Computer.

Mr. Paul McNab has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this he served as Chief Executive Officer of Puro Network from 2013 to 2014. Previously he served various senior roles such as vice president, chief technology officer and vice president of enterprise marketing at Cisco Systems Inc.
