Vince Holding Corp (VHC) is an apparel store operator. The company provides several women's and men's ready-to-wear products. Its portfolio of products includes denim, sweaters, leather and suede leggings, leather jackets, silk and woven tops, t-shirts, pants, skits, dresses and footwear among others. The company offers these products to its customers through its own retail stores, outlet stores, and through its e-commerce site, vince.com. It has eight distribution centers, three located in the US, two in Hong Kong, one in Canada, one in the UK, and one in Belgium. VHC is headquartered in New York, the US.
