Mr. Xavier Huillard has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2010. He also has been the Chairman of VINCI Concessions SAS since 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Huillard served as the Chairman of the Institut de l’Entreprise from 2011 to 2017; the Chairman of Vinci Energies from 2002 until 2005; the Chief Executive Officer of Vinci Energies from 2002 to 2004; and the Co-Chief Operating Officer of the company. He also served as the Chairman of Vinci Construction from 2000 to 2002, and the Deputy General Manager of the company in 1998. Mr. Huillard held various positions at Sogea, including the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of international activities and specific projects, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Christian Labeyrie has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Financial Director of the company from 1993 to 1999. He served as the Director of Management Control of the company in 1990. Earlier, Mr. Labeyrie held various financial position at the Schlumberger Group such as Project Manager for Audit Department, and Controller for Petroleum Department from 1984 to 1990. Previously, he served as the Head of Treasury and Financing at Rhone-Poulenc Sante. Mr. Labeyrie also worked for Credit Lyonnais bank in 1980.

Mr. Nicolas Notebaert has been the Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Concessions since 2016. Prior to this, he held various roles within the company including Chairman of VINCI Airports, Director of Business Development of VINCI Concessions, Head of Operations Department at Cofiroute.

Mr. Pierre Anjolras has been the Chairman of VINCI Construction since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eurovia in 2014. He also served as the Deputy Executive Officer of Eurovia. Mr. Anjolras was the Chief Executive Officer of ASF and Chief Operating Officer of Cofiroute. He joined the company in 1999 as the Regional Director of Sogea Sud-Ouest.
