Mr. Michael Callahan has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the interim Chief Executive Officer of the company; and Chief Executive Officer and President of Aspen Partners. Prior to this, he held several marketing, merchandising, management and senior executive roles including Senior Vice President of Business Development and International Operations at Cabela’s, Inc from 1990 to 2008. Mr. Callahan has 15 years of experience in the outdoor recreation industry.

Mr. Mark R. Kowalski has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Interim Controller and Vice President of Tax from 2018 to 2019, Vice President of Tax from 2016 to 2018 and Director of Tax from 2015 to 2016 of the company. Prior to this, he worked in the tax department of Orbital ATK from 2002 to 2015. Mr. Kowalski has 20 years of experience in accounting and tax.

Mr. Bob Steelhammer has been the Chief Digital Officer of E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and IT of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he held several e-commerce positions at Sun Capital Partners, AT&T, Motorola and IBM.

Mr. Andrew J. Keegan has been the Chief Financial Officer of Revelyst since October 2023. He also serves as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate FP&A and Treasury from 2020 to 2022; Chief Financial Officer of Vista Outdoor’s Ammunition Business unit from 2017 to 2020; and Vice President of Corporate Accounting from 2015 to 2017. Previously, he held various positions in finance department at ATK. Mr. Keegan also worked with Deloitte from 2006 to 2012. He has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and treasury.
