Mr. Sachin S. Lawande has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Visteon the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and President, of Infotainment Division at Harman International Industries Inc from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and the President of Harman’s Lifestyle Division from 2011 to 2013 and an Executive Vice President and Co-President, Automotive Division from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of Harman International. Mr. Lawande also serves on the board of directors of DXC Technology Company.

Mr. Jerome J. Rouquet has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. He joined the company as the Senior Vice President, Finance in January 2020. Prior to this, he served various leadership roles at Federal-Mogul, including the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2018; the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from 2010 to 2016, and Director of Finance from 1999 to 2010.

Ms. Colleen E. Myers has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2024. Before this, she was Assistant Controller since May 2021 and Senior Manager, Reporting and Consolidations. She also served as a financial reporting and internal audit Supervisor at Masco Corporation.

Brett D. Pynnonen has been the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since December 2016. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Counsel since joining the Company in March 2016. He was appointed as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation from November 2007 to March 2016. Earlier, he served as General Counsel and Secretary of Covansys Corporation and as an attorney at the law firm of Butzel Long.

Ms. Kristin E. Trecker has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Earlier, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Integer Holdings Corp from 2015 to 2017 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of MTS Systems Corp from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that Ms. Trecker spent 16 years with Lawson Software Inc.
