Mr. Scott B. Helm has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he was the founding partner at Energy Capital Partners. Mr. Helm also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Orion Power Holdings, Inc. He started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Currently, Mr. Helm serves as the Treasurer of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company.

Mr. James A. Burke has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2022. He also serves as a President and Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Burke served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from December 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TXU Energy, and Senior Vice President of TXU Energy’s residential markets. Mr. Burke was also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Gexa Energy, and the Vice President of residential marketing and Senior Vice President of Consumer Operations at Reliant Energy. He also served for The Coca-Cola Company for six years. Currently, Mr. Burke serves as a member of the Nuclear Energy Institute, and an advisory board member for the Tulane University Energy Institute.

Mr. Kris Moldovan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive vice president of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as senior vice president of treasurer. Previously, he served as senior counsel. He also served as attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP in Dallas and for Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon in Chicago.

Mr. Tom Farrah has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of business transformation of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). Mr. Farrah also held various positions in KDP including Chief Information Officer from 2011 to 2018, Vice President of global infrastructure and IT operations, and the Vice President of IT, supply chain, architecture, and information management. Prior to KDP, he held senior level IT positions at General Motors, Pfizer, and Electronic Data Systems.

Ms. Amanda DonCarlos has been the senior vice president and Chief Human Resource Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as vice president of human resources of the company. Previously, she served as attorney at the Dallas law firm Gardere Wynne Sewell.
