Mr. Frederic Crepin has been the Chief Compliance Officer, and General Counsel of the company since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Special Advisor to the General Counsel and member of the legal department of Vivendi Universal, and Senior Vice President and Head of the Legal Department of the company. Previously, Mr. Crepin served as an attorney at Simeon & Associes in Paris from 1995 to 1998, and at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York from 1999 to 2000.

Ms. Celine Merle-Beral has been the Chief of HR Strategy and Corporate Culture of the company since 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Havas Media & Havas Creative Global Network. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Customer Relations and Partnerships.

Mr. Yannick Bollore has been the Chairman of the company since April 2018. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Havas Group. Mr. Bollore co-founded the WY Productions in 2002.
