Mr. Michael Dell has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Dell Technologies Inc. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dell Inc from 1984 to 2004, and also resumed the role in 2007. He founded MSD Capital, L.P. in 1999. Mr. Dell serves as the non-executive Chairman of SecureWorks Corp. and also serves as a Director of Pivotal Software, Inc.

Mr. Rangarajan (Raghu) Raghuram has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Products and Cloud Services of the company from 2016 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Software-Defined Data Center Division from 2014 to 2016, and Executive Vice President of Cloud Infrastructure and Management of the company from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Raghuram served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cloud Infrastructure and Management, Virtualization and Cloud Platforms, and Enterprise Products from 2009 to 2012. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Server Business Unit and Product and Solutions Marketing of the company from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Raghuram also held various product management and marketing positions at Netscape Communications Corporation and Bang Networks, Inc. He joined the company in 2003.

Mr. Mike Hayes has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. he also serves on the board of Immuta. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Operations at Cognizant Technologies.

Ms. Pebbie Verdecanna has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served in the various finance leadership roles at technology companies, including Infinera Corporation and TIBCO Software Inc. She joined the company in 2017. Ms. Verdecanna started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Mr. Jason Conyard has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he joined the company as Vice President of Colleague Experience and Technology in 2015. He also served as the Vice President of IT at Juniper Networks, Managing Director at BlackRock, and Director of Worldwide Communications at Symantec.
