Mr. Mohamed Shameel Aziz Joosub has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Vodacom South Africa and Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Spain. Previously, he served the Vodacom Group Limited, Safaricom Plc. He also served the Vodacom Group Board from 2000 to 2011. Currently, he also serves the Board of Business Leadership South Africa.

Ms. Raisibe Kgomaraga Morathi has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nedbank Group from 2009 to 2020. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of Sanlam Limited and as the Executive of the Industrial Development Corp.

Mr. Dejan Kastelic has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Tanzania Vodacom Pty Ltd., Vodacom Lesotho Pty Ltd., and VM S.A. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology and Communication Officer of Ooredoo Group. Previously, he served in various senior executive roles for 17 years in the telecommunication and ICT industry across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Mr. Matimba Mbungela has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive of Human Resources for Vodacom South Africa. Previously, he served in various positions at Vodafone Group including as the Regional Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Change and Regional Head of Talent within the Africa, Middle East & Asia Pacific region. Earlier, he also served at BMW South Africa and Unilever.

Mr. Sean Bennett has been the Chief Merger and acquisitions and Business Development Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he worked as a senior investment banker in the UK and South Africa and Chief Executive Officer at UBS South Africa and Kore Potash, Australia.
