Mr. Jean-Francois Van Boxmeer has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive of Heineken. He held several senior positions in Africa and Europe at Heineken. He also serves as a Director at Heineken Holding N.V.

Ms. Margherita Della Valle has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2018 to 2023. She previously served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2018, Group Financial Controller from 2010 to 2015, Chief Financial Officer for European region from 2007 to 2010 and the Chief Financial Officer of Vodafone Italy from 2004 to 2007. Ms. Valle held several consumer marketing roles in customer base management and business analytics areas at Omnitel Pronto Italia.

Ms. Pilar Lopez has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Vodafone Group Plc since December 2025. Previously, she served for 10 years at Microsoft, including Chief Operating Officer for Western Europe, Country General Manager for Spain. Prior to this, Ms. Pilar Lopez served at Telefonica.

Mr. Scott Petty has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since January 2023. He also serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer of Europe region of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer of UK region and held various positions in Vodafone Business Product Management and Technology. Earlier, he held executive roles at Dimension Data including Chief Operating Officer of Australia and Chief Information Officer of Australia.

Mr. Joakim Reiter has been the Chief External and Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since 2017. He also serves as an advisory board member of the World Trade Institute, and a board member of Swedish Space Corporation. Previously, he served as a member of the EU’s Horizon Mission Board for climate-neutral and smart cities, the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). Prior to this, he served as an EU negotiator with DG TRADE at the European Commission, Deputy Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador to the World Trade Organization and at the Permanent Representation to the European Union.
