Mr. Oliver Blume has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Production Planning at the Volkswagen brand. Mr. Blume also served as the Executive Board for Production and Logistics at Porsche AG. He also served as the Chairman of Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG from 2015 until 2025. Previously, he held various senior management functions, including Head of Body Construction for the A3, Head of the AUDI AG Pilot Plant, and Head of Planning and the Pilot Series Center at SEAT S.A. in Barcelona.

Mr. Arno Antlitz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at the AUDI Aktiengesellschaft in Ingolstadt. Mr. Antlitz also served as a member of the Volkswagen management.

Mr. Manfred Doss has been the Head of Integrity and Legal Affairs of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Legal Department at RWE AG from 2005 to 2013. Mr. Doss also served as a Director of American Water Works Co. Inc from 2007 to 2009. He also served as the Head of Legal Department at Porsche Automobil Holding SE from 2013 to 2015.

Ms. Hauke Stars has been the Head of Information and Technology of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served in the Executive Board of Deutsche Borse AG. Ms. Stars also served as the Managing Director of HP’s local organization in Switzerland.

Mr. Hans Dieter Potsch has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance & Controlling of the company from 2003 to 2015; Director for Finance at Porsche Automobil Holding SE; Head of Controlling at BMW AG from 1979 to 1987; General Manager for Finance and Administration at Trumpf GmbH & Co. KG from 1987 to 1991; Chief Executive Officer of Traub AG from 1991 to 1995, and Durr AG from 1995 to 2002. Currently, Mr. Potch serves as the Chairman of Porsche Automobil Holding SE; and Director of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.
