Mrs. Laurence Mulliez has been the Chairwoman of the company since May 2014. Prior to this, she worked as the Global Chief Executive Officer for Castrol Industrial Lubricants. Previously, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Eoxis from 2010 to 2013; and Director for Leroy Merlin Groupe from 2000 to 2010. Currently, Mrs. Mulliez is the Chairwoman of Globeleq and Director of SBM offshore NV, Morgan Advanced Materials, Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP and NTR Wind Fund LLP Creadev.

Mr. Sebastien Clerc has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the President of Natixis Environment & Infrastructures from 2000 to 2011. Currently, he is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Voltalia Investissement SA, Director of Ceetrus SA and Member of the Advisory Board at Ciel et Terre.

Ms. Sylvine Bouan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Financial Director at Auchan Supermarkets in Russia. Previously, she served as the Corporate Finance Director at Auchan Retail International. Before that, she served as the Finance and Wealth Management Director at Auchan France.
