Mr. Li Shufu has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the Director of Sanya Oriental Tourism Co. Ltd. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. Ltd. Mr. Li currently serves as the Director of Geely Group Limited, and Geely Sweden Holdings AB. Mr. Shufu also serves as the Chairman for Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co. Ltd, Geely Technology Group Co. Ltd, Geely Talents Development Group Co. Ltd, PSD Capital Limited and PSD Investment Limited, and Smart Automobile Co. Ltd.

Mr. Hakan Samuelsson has been the President, the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at MAN AG. Previously, he served as a Board member at Volvo Car AB from 2010 to 2022 and President and Chief Executive Officer at Volvo Car AB from 2012 to 2022, and Board member of Volvo Car Corporation.

Mr. Fredrik Hansson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Group Management team in 2023. Previously, he served as the Head of Global Controlling and Performance Steering of the company since 2021.

Ms. Helen Hu has been the Chief Legal Officer and the General Counsel of the company since February 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director for Volvo Cars Switzerland from 2023 to February 2024 and Head of Legal and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Volvo Car Asia Pacific. Ms. Hu served as General Counsel of Asia at Luxottica from 2013 to 2016.

Ms. Hanna Fager has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she held various leadership positions with the company such as, Senior Vice President of Corporate Functions, Senior Director of Human Resource Marketing, Sales & Services, Vice President of Human Resource, Center of Expertise and Vice President of Employee & Benefits.
